A new collection of tranquil waterside homes designed and set in the heart of vibrant Ancoats and New Islington on the eastern side of Manchester City Centre.

Vesta Street itself was also the site of a mid-19th century iron Foundry.

The unique heritage coupled with the waterside location informed the design, layouts and finishes of Vest Street homes.

169 apartments, 3 town houses, 24/7 concierge, residents club room, outdoor amenity space, secure cycle storage and gated car parking.

LDG Contracts designed and installed 454 Aluminium windows, 26 Aluminium doors and 15 curtain wall screens working along side the main contractor Eric Wright Construction.
